Jim is the Agency Principal and manages the agency on a day-to-day basis. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Jim holds a resident North Carolina broker’s license as well as licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health. He also holds a non-resident South Carolina broker’s license.

Emily holds a NC Broker’s license for Property & Casualty. She joined C&D in February 2012 and has 30+ years experience in the insurance industry. She reviews, services and places personal and commercial lines business for clients as an in-house producer. She is also a licensed NC Real Estate Broker and a Notary Public. 

Clint has been with C&D since September of 2004. Prior to joining C&D, Clint worked as an agent for North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance Group. He holds a resident NC broker’s license as well as licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health. Clint works as an independent producer for C&D and writes insurance for Commercial lines, Personal lines and Life & Health lines.

Jamie holds a resident NC Property & Casualty license, and also holds the CRIS & CBIA commercial insurance designations specializing in construction. Jamie joined C&D in April of 2013, has been in the insurance industry since 2005. He manages the Commercial Lines book of business, as well as marketing and placing new business for the agency, in-house producers, and agents within the Insurance Network Group. Jamie writes all types of Business & Professional Liability insurance for any size.

Clint holds a resident NC license for Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Long Term Care. Joining C&D in September of 2015, he is a recent Campbell University graduate receiving his MBA and Undergrad in Wealth Management. Prior to joining C&D, Clint worked in commercial banking. Clint specializes in reviewing, servicing, and writing business in Commercial Lines, Life & Health, Annuity, and Long Term Care products.

Tom holds a resident NC license for Property & Casualty. Tom has been with C&D since March of 2006. He manages the Personal Lines book of business. He also reviews and places business for clients of in-house producers as well as for external producers including agents in the Insurance Network Group. Tom is also a Notary Public.

Marsha is from Arkansas where she started her insurance career in 2012. She moved to NC in 2017, and lives in Dunn, NC. 

Marsha holds a resident NC license for Property & Casualty and Life & Health, and is also a Notary Public.  She joined C & D Insurance in March 2020.

Kammy holds a resident NC Broker’s license as well as a license for Property & Casualty. She has been with C&D since August of 2008 and has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She reviews, places and services business for clients of C&D, in-house producers and external producers including agents in the Insurance Network Group. Prior to joining C&D, Kammy worked for other local agencies as a Personal lines agent.

Jazmin started with C&D Insurance in April, 2022 as a receptionist. She has since received her P&C license in 2023, and is now on our Personal Lines team as an agent. 

Jazmin is also  a Notary Public.

Mel joined C & D Insurance in June 2024 and has continued to grow within our team.  She earned her Property and Casualty Insurance License, and in May 2026, she became a Notary Public.

Tabitha brings over 25 years of experience to C&D. She holds a NC license for Property and Casualty, as well as a Life and Health license. As a proud member of this community, she is committed to providing personal service to be certain that your families and businesses are protected.

Jhoanna joined C&D in April 2026 as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.  Bilingual in English and Spanish, she assists clients, supports daily office operations, and helps create a welcoming experience for all. Jhoanna is also a commissioned North Carolina Notary Public.
